Village Farm Getaway, Beeby Road, Hungarton, Leicestershire
Village Farm Getaway is a unique glamping site in Hungarton, Leicestershire. Our glamping accommodation is on our delightful dairy farm and is the perfect setting for your next break away. Whether it is a family holiday or a romantic escape, we are the ideal venue. We have two glamping lodges on the farm so you can be assured that your getaway will be relaxing and peaceful.
Our two canvas cottages offer a camping experience with added luxuries. You can snuggle up in a warm bed, toast marshmallows around the fire pit or share some bubbly with your loved one in the private hot tub.
Our farm is set in the rambling Leicestershire countryside. It has an impressive dairy herd, selling high quality milk direct to Long Clawson Dairy for Stilton cheese. There are ample footpaths to explore the 450 acres of arable and grazing land. The farm is in the Natural England High Level Scheme for hedges, ponds and boundaries which enhances the wild life and environmental features. The ridge and furrow fields, dew ponds and evidence of Roman settlements all add to the history and charm of Village Farm.
Children love staying at the farm as they are welcome to feed our calves, go birdwatching, visit the hen house, play in the barn, discover badger setts and much more.
