Somerset Garden Glamping in West Lyng, provides outstanding glamping accommodation in our yurt and gypsy caravan. Situated near Taunton in Somerset, we are the perfect retreat for those looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing to stay.
Yurt: Our charming yurt is of circular and timber construction and fully insulated. The handmade yurt has a dome roof, traditional furnishings and lattice walls. This yurt boasts a clear view of the stars from the apex.
Gypsy Caravan: This authentic bowtop gypsy caravan offers luxury and beautiful furnishings throughout. It has been lovingly painted with traditional designs and is decorated with satin and tassels.
Both the yurt and gypsy caravan are in the corner of our wildflower meadow, reached through a wooded glade besides a stream. You can also enjoy relaxing around the fire pit and we provide a BBQ and starter supply of wood, kindling, fire lighters and charcoal. We also provide picnic tables, benches and a swinging seat in a willow pyramid. On damp and cold days, you can visit the barn which has a wood burner and chairs to ensure you stay warm and toasty.
When you hire our yurt you automatically hire a gypsy caravan for free for no extra cost. Dogs are welcome by arrangement – please enquire for details.
