Studfold Caravan & Camping Park just outside of Lofthouse is set in the beautiful county of North Yorkshire near the spa town of Harrogate. The camping and caravanning park is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales.

The park consists of a static caravan area and a camping and touring area. This is two acres of flat grassland with easy access and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. All pitches are grass, they are flat, well-drained and a generous 10m x 10m in size. Electric hook-ups are available but appliances should be specifically designed for caravanning or camping.

Studfold has 2 glamping pods available. The pod has lighting and is fully insulated. Inside there are two-bed bases that can be used as singles or fastened together to form a double, with plenty of carpeted floor space for a further two mattresses. A kettle is provided along with a small table, a fan heater and two electric sockets. Outside there is plenty of room for parking, a picnic bench, a fire pit and breath-taking views.

Studfold is superbly situated in the heart of beautiful Upper Nidderdale, one of England’s hidden gems. It is set amongst the dry stone walls of hill farms near Pateley Bridge in North Yorkshire. Studfold has a beautiful Gill/Gorge in which outdoor activities are run by Lost Earth Adventures. If you are looking for a memorable base ideally located for exploring the best of what the Yorkshire Dales has to offer then look no further.

Situated in the Kent Downs, an Area of Outstanding Beauty, Kits Coty Glamping offers glamping accommodation in Aylesford. It features a garden and barbecue, which guests are welcome to use.

Franchis Holiday Park lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, between farm and woodland. It is just a couple of minutes drive from Mullion, 5 miles from Helston and about 13 miles from Falmouth & Penzance, all of which offer a selection of shops and leisure facilities. The holiday park has facilities for camping, touring caravans and motorhomes. There are also privately owned chalet bungalows available onsite.

The holiday park has 40 pitches available, 19 of which are hard standing seasonal pitches. All pitches have access to electric hook up which is at least 10amp. Two toilet blocks are open throughout the season, now with free hot water to showers, basins, washing up and clothes washing sinks. We also have a launderette with two washing machines and two driers.

Poldhu Cove, the nearest beach is just a few minutes drive away & owned by the National Trust. Beautifully sandy & ideal for swimming. Lifeguards from Whitsun through to September. Dogs only allowed from 1st October until Easter. Great cafe open all year, loos & council-run car park. The campsite highly recommends Dan Joel's Surf School.

Sunrise Yurt: This wonderful yurt is the ideal place for countryside lovers. The yurt boasts spectacular views and comes with a range of luxurious facilities. A king-size bed comes with a feather down duvet and futons can be provided for extra guests. The yurts are handcrafted and have steam bent ash beams and a unique large clear round crown top, perfect for stargazing from the king-size bed. A clear window looks down the valley. Sheepskin rugs create a cosy feel and breakfast is available on arrival.

The site provides an ideal location to see and hear the elusive Corncrake. Other birds include Snipe, Oystercatcher, Lapwing, Turnstone, Ringed Plover, Redshank, Skylark, Arctic Tern, Little Tern and Corn Bunting.

Otters are also often seen in the freshwater lochs and along the rocky shores, while grey seals can be seen just off the coast. There are fantastic views of the Monach Isles and St Kilda.
