We are perfectly situated for those wishing to explore this magnificent part of England.

We have approximately 100 touring grass pitches for caravans, motorhomes, folding campers and American RV’s, all on well drained ground with electric hook up. Riverfront pitches are available, please enquire when booking as there is a nightly surcharge.

We also have 18 static caravans, 11 luxury lodges and 18 glamping pods.

Our holiday park is situated on the banks of the River Avon with a regular river taxi service running throughout the daytime to the town centre or alternatively it is a scenic 25 minute walk to the town on the footpath along the road. For local conveniences Riverside Park is on the edge of Tiddington village, just 5 minutes walk from the site, here you can find a convenience store & Post Office. 

There is also the Crown Inn pub which serves bar meals, Indian and Chinese restaurants (both offering take away services) plus a Tapas Bar. There is also a bus service from the village which goes to Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Coventry.

The surrounding countryside is unspoilt and ideal for bird and wildlife watching.

The touring pitches at the caravan park are hard standing, level and spacious. The pitches are suitable for motorhomes, trailer tents and touring caravans. All of the pitches are surrounded by lovely grassy areas with trees that break up the space between the pitches.

The centrally heated toilet block is in the centre of the holiday park with a disabled/family room, kitchen area, laundry and chemical emptying facility. All the showers and hair driers are free of charge.

Fishing is available locally on the River Clyde as well and in Moffat and Biggar. Golf is also available at the nearby Leadhills.

We are a 15 minute stroll from the lovely Dales village of Burton in Lonsdale which has a well stocked community run shop and Post Office, Church, Chapel and a pub serving very good food, plus an all weather tennis court, a bowling green and a recreation field with swings slides and climbing frame near the beautiful River Greta.

Gallaber Farm is a working beef and sheep farm and many of the animals can be seen from the caravan park. In Spring you will be kept entertained by the lambs and young calves playing in the fields.

The farm is an excellent base for exploring being midway between the Yorkshire Dales, The Lake District and The Forest of Bowland and is only a twenty mile drive from the Lancashire coast. The famous Ingleton waterfalls walk, White Scar and Clapham Caves and the Ribblehead viaduct are all in close proximity as are the majestic ‘Three Peaks’ of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-Ghent. 

So we recommend that you bring your walking boots..... and escape!!
