Dalraddy Holiday Park is located in the Cairngorms National Park 3 miles south of Aviemore in 39 hectares (97 acres) of mainly native pine and birch woodlands. The holiday park is close to the River Spey and it has spectacular views when out of the woodland. This is the ideal location for a wide range of activities, wildlife watching and leisure facilities in the area.

This stunning park contains 44 touring caravan pitches with electric hook-ups, 50 tent pitches, some with electricity and water, 80 fully serviced static caravans and 67 wooden chalets. Some of the static caravans and chalets are available for let.

There are plenty of facilities available at the holiday park including a toilet and shower block with under-floor heating, dishwashing facilities, laundrette and chemical disposal facilities. There is a licensed shop with computer access and Wi-Fi in the shop. There is also a well-equipped children’s play park.

Attractions:

Leisure activities on Alvie & Dalraddy Estates include a zip trek park, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, archery, fishing, paintball games, gorge walking, bushcraft and survival courses and Segways. Most of these activities can be booked in the Park shop, some of the activities are not available in the winter months. Estate tours and wildlife watching can be arranged.

In the area, there are numerous walks, downhill skiing on Cairngorm, water sports at Loch Insh, Loch Morlich and on the River Spey, mountain biking trails on Forestry Commission land at Glenfeshie, Inshriach and at Laggan and bird watching hides at Ruthven (RSPB) and Loch Alvie. There is the Highland Wildlife Park at Kincraig, a Highland Folk Park at Newtonmore, Landmark Adventure Park in Carrbridge, a steam railway in Aviemore and the Reindeer Centre at Glenmore.

Walnut Tree Farm Bunkhouse and Camping offers camping and facilities located in the village of Winford in Bristol. We also have a fabulous Shepherd's Hut available for 2 people and 2 static caravans.

There are numerous pitches for tents in a level grassy field. Campers have the use of toilets and the shower block. Campfires are allowed on site.

The campsite is great for anybody looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing.

There is also a bunkhouse that sleeps up to six people. It has two self-contained bedrooms with one bunk bed in each, each bunk bed is 4 feet wide making them small doubles. There is also a living area in the Bunkhouse, in this room there are two comfortable sofas and a dining room table.

There is also a kitchen where you find standard facilities such as an oven, fridge and washing machine. This is a great place to stay if you want a break that is slightly different and exciting.

We also have a pair of fully insulated Shepherd's huts with either a double or king-size bed, wood burning stove and calor gas hob. It sleeps two adults. From £60 per night and from £300 per week, depending on the season. Sorry not suitable for children. Sorry, no pets.

A 15-minute walk away is the local pub that offers a family-friendly atmosphere and serves home-cooked meals.

Guests can also go on local walks and The Monarch's Way Footpath is located close to the campsite. The Mendip Hills are also close by and offer great opportunities for walking.

The City of Wells can also be easily reached from the campsite and offers a cathedral and a range of shops. From Wells you can also visit Wookey Hole Caves which is a great family day out and Cheddar Gorge.

Bagwell Farm is a family-run park set in tranquil Dorset countryside, close to the spectacular Jurassic coastline.
