Howgills Hideaway is a family-run business offering facilities in static caravans and glamping pods. This 125-acre site is ideally located on the beautiful Howgill Fells in Cumbria.
There are 2 static caravans available. Valley View includes a double, twin, double sofa bed and a single bunk bed. It comes well-equipped with a cooker, grill, fridge, microwave, TV, DVD player, books and board games. Fell View is slightly smaller and includes a double, twin and double sofa bed. As per Valley View, it is well equipped.
The site also has 3 glamping pods. Each pod can sleep 4 in a double bed and a small double sofa bed. They all have a quaint kitchen and living area. Facilities include 2 ring electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, TV, DVD player. Just a short walk is a timber-clad shower and toilet block.
This area is a haven for outdoor activities. There are also plenty of interesting sites to see such as the Yorkshire Dales, Hadrian's Wall and Derwentwater.
