Barefoot Yurts offer stunning glamping accommodation in Rye, East Sussex. Our traditional Mongolian yurts are set in a peaceful location and enjoy spectacular views over the Brede Valley. Whether it is a family holiday or the ultimate romantic break you can come and enjoy the many local pleasures, fabulous beaches with plenty of water sports, historic castles and famous gardens.
Barefoot Yurts offer stunning glamping accommodation in Rye, East Sussex. Our traditional Mongolian yurts are set in a peaceful location and enjoy spectacular views over the Brede Valley. Whether it is a family holiday or the ultimate romantic break you can come and enjoy the many local pleasures, fabulous beaches with plenty of water sports, historic castles and famous gardens.
Our two traditional Mongolian yurts can accommodate a family, couples looking for a unique romantic getaway, or a small group of friends. Both yurts are booked as one accommodation.
We also have wonderful accommodation available in our safari tent. The tent is secluded and hidden away with stunning views over the Brede valley. The luxurious tent comes with an open plan living, kitchen and bedroom area. There is a gas hob and a gas BBQ for cooking, or try out the camp fire for some wild cooking. The bathroom has an ample supply of hot water for the bath and sinks with towels provided, two eco compost loos. Outside you can relax on the lovely decking area.
At Barefoot Yurts we are great believers in recycling and leaving a small barefoot print, so we have tried to get the balance right by using solar lighting, recycled wood and installing a composting loo. We are very proud to say that 60% of this building has been built using recycled materials.
