Studfold Caravan & Camping Park, Lofthouse, North Yorkshire, Yorkshire Dales
Studfold Caravan & Camping Park just outside of Lofthouse is set in the beautiful county of North Yorkshire near the spa town of Harrogate. The camping and caravanning park is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales.
The park consists of a static caravan area and a camping and touring area. This is two acres of flat grassland with easy access and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. All pitches are grass, they are flat, well-drained and a generous 10m x 10m in size. Electric hook-ups are available but appliances should be specifically designed for caravanning or camping.
Studfold has 2 glamping pods available. The pod has lighting and is fully insulated. Inside there are two-bed bases that can be used as singles or fastened together to form a double, with plenty of carpeted floor space for a further two mattresses. A kettle is provided along with a small table, a fan heater and two electric sockets. Outside there is plenty of room for parking, a picnic bench, a fire pit and breath-taking views.
Studfold is superbly situated in the heart of beautiful Upper Nidderdale, one of England’s hidden gems. It is set amongst the dry stone walls of hill farms near Pateley Bridge in North Yorkshire. Studfold has a beautiful Gill/Gorge in which outdoor activities are run by Lost Earth Adventures.
