Franchis Holiday Park, Mullion, Helston, Cornwall
Franchis Holiday Park lies in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, between farm and woodland. It is just a couple of minutes drive from Mullion, 5 miles from Helston and about 13 miles from Falmouth & Penzance, all of which offer a selection of shops and leisure facilities. The holiday park has facilities for camping, touring caravans and motorhomes. There are also privately owned chalet bungalows available onsite.
The holiday park has 40 pitches available, 19 of which are hard standing seasonal pitches. All pitches have access to electric hook up which is at least 10amp. Two toilet blocks are open throughout the season, now with free hot water to showers, basins, washing up and clothes washing sinks. We also have a launderette with two washing machines and two driers.
Poldhu Cove, the nearest beach is just a few minutes drive away & owned by the National Trust. Beautifully sandy & ideal for swimming. Lifeguards from Whitsun through to September. Dogs only allowed from 1st October until Easter. Great cafe open all year, loos & council-run car park. The campsite highly recommends Dan Joel's Surf School.
