Big Barn Camping offers stunning glamping and camping facilities near Laugharne in Carmarthenshire. Situated on a 36 acre smallholding in glorious countryside, we are perfect for an idyllic break away.

Our little barn pods have been lovingly refurbished and come with a range of excellent facilities. We have 3 pods available: Fox Barn, Hilltop and Cwtch Barn. Each barn comes with a fitted convertible table which turns into a double bed. Each pod has a fully equipped kitchen shelter. Outside each pod is a picnic bench and we also provide a communal firepit. Campfires are permitted in the firepits.

We have a spacious paddock reserved for just seven prized pitches. We only allow the odd campervan or retro teardrop caravan, allowing you to truly savour this stunning countryside location. Each pitch has a camp fire pit and a picnic bench.

We are the perfect base for exploring a range of wonderful attractions. Pendine Sands beach is just 10 minutes’ drive away while Oakwood Theme Park near Narbeth is around half an hour away. Under 10 minutes' drive away is the coastal town of Laugharne, famed as the final home of Dylan Thomas. An activity organiser is nearby who can provide coasteering, horse riding and kayaking to name just a few. We are also on the national cycle route 4.
