Set in a 2.5 acre parkland setting, with a large pond and views over open farmland, we offer peace and tranquillity, a place to escape the hustle and bustle of today’s busy life style, you will soon discover we have an abundance of wildlife and native birds to see, from sparrows to barn owls, rabbits to deer, by the stream at the bottom of the site you may see ducks, moorhens and maybe even catch sight of the elusive king fisher!

Not far away from the site is Heaths, Sandy beach, it has a lively history and is Suffolk’s premier bird reserve.  Dunwich and Minsmere can fill a whole day of walking, exploring and bird watching.

Just a stone’s throw away is Rendlesham Forest which covers approximately 1500 hectares and is located in Suffolk’s coastal heathland belt known as the Sandlings. The forest consists of large areas of coniferous plantations as well as broadleaved belts, heathland and wetland areas.

The site is beautifully landscaped; featuring mixed hedging, mature trees with shrub boarders for maximum privacy.

Ideally situated for walkers, cyclist, bird watching & visiting local attractions.
