Lake Ullswater.

Perfectly
positioned at the foot of Barton Fell, it is an ideal base for mountain biking,
walking, sailing, fishing, and pony trekking.
The
pretty village of Pooley Bridge is one mile from the campsite and can be easily
reached by road or the lakeshore footpath. Here you will find local shops and
cafes as well as a few inns serving excellent bar food and traditional real
ale.
The
site shop stocks Bread, milk, groceries etc. Gas exchange, BBQ fuel, camping
spares. sweets, toys. Open 8.30am - 5.30pm peak times.
We
have boats available to hire onsite.
We
allow mainly tents but we do allow some motor homes so please enquire before arriving
with a motorhome.
