Waterloo Farm Leisure, Great Oxendon, Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Waterloo Farm Leisure is a rural retreat nestled in gently rolling countryside on the border between Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. Offering a range of activities, Market Harborough is within walking distance and is on the mainline railway network. It is a perfect solution for those who want to enjoy the countryside, but don't have a car.

This family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to the Brampton Valley Way access point. They have their own dedicated toilets and shower room and are completely fully serviced. The pitch is hard standing, gravel topped to allow for awning pegs to pass through and each pitch is adequate enough to accommodate a large van, awning and vehicle on the hard pitch alone. At the end of the site, there is a turning circle and a chemical disposal point with refuse facilities and fresh water.

The Wellington View site is located overlooking the wonderful countryside and more immediately the Wellington Fishing Lake. There are 24 equally spaced and sized pitches available for rental for the entire year. Set out in three rows of eight pitches, we have some set close to the toilets and shower blocks for our less abled guests and some that are a bit more private away from the main entrance road. They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water and drainage, with a grass fire gap between each pitch.

The local town, Market Harborough, is a quintessential English market town and has outstanding architecture and a fine selection of shops, museums and galleries. It is a pleasant 20 minute traffic-free walk from Waterloo Farm Leisure (or an even shorter cycle) via the popular Brampton Valley Cycle Way.
