We are directly adjacent to the Wanley to Whitby coast to coast cycle route. About half way between Barnard Castle and Whitby - approx 47 miles from Barnard Castle and approx 30 miles to Whitby. We are also conveniently located between two picturesque villages, Great Ayton 1.5 miles along the river to the East and Stokesley 1 mile to the West. Both with historic interest, Stokesley a market town and Great Ayton, the boyhood home of Captain Cook. Each situated along the river Leven, they have restaurants, coffee shops, bric-a-brac stores, as well banks, grocery shops and spa’s.
