Mountain Edge is a family-run holiday destination in the South Shropshire Hills near Church Stretton. Set on the edge of the Long Mynd in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it offers three log cabins, six Mega Pods and six Camping Pods.
The cosy log cabins sleep up to four people and provide a relaxing base for exploring the surrounding countryside. A hot tub can be added to a log cabin stay for an additional charge.
The six Mega Pods offer spacious open-plan glamping accommodation for up to four people. Each one is fully insulated and centrally heated for comfortable stays throughout the year. A hot tub can also be added for an additional charge.
The six Camping Pods provide simple and secure shelter for up to four people. They do not contain beds or camping equipment, so visitors must bring everything they would normally take when camping.
The Station restaurant, bar and café is located onsite alongside the Blazing Bikes cycle shop. Visitors can enjoy food and refreshments or seek advice about cycling in the surrounding area.
Mountain Edge is a peaceful base for exploring the Long Mynd, Stiperstones, Wenlock Edge and the Clee Hills. Walking, road cycling, mountain biking, fishing, golf and paragliding are available nearby. Ludlow and the region’s historic market towns and villages are also within reach.
