Brookside Caravan Park is a family-owned park providing great caravan holidays from March through to January in the village of Lyminster, which is close to Littlehampton, West Sussex. The park is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding towns and the South Downs.

The park offers lots of facilities, from Wi-Fi throughout to a play area. Your caravan would be sited on a hard base and remain safely in its position through the winter as Brookside lies protected in the area between the South Downs and the friendliest of Britain’s coasts. All major makes of caravan, both new and pre-loved, are sold at Brookside at a wide range of prices.

Trewince Farm Holiday Park is a family-run campsite and caravan park set in the North Cornwall countryside between Padstow and Wadebridge. The park offers touring and camping pitches alongside two and three-bedroom holiday caravans for hire.

Camping options include unmarked grass pitches without electric hook-up in Kite Field. There are also hardstanding and grass pitches with electric, water and hook-up. The Horseshoe Super Deluxe pitches also include waste drainage.

Onsite facilities include a heated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of August, a shallow toddler pool, children’s play area, pitch and putt and a games room. The onsite shop stocks groceries from mid-May to early September.

Guests also have access to washing-up facilities, a laundry, toilets, washrooms and free hot showers. There are separate bathing rooms for children and facilities for disabled guests.

Glenshee Glamping is set across 10 acres at Blacklunans near Blairgowrie in Perthshire. Surrounded by mountain scenery, the site offers a choice of glamping accommodation for couples, families and small groups.

The wooden glamping pods sleep two or four and include heating, electric lighting, a socket, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. Each has an outside decked area with a picnic table and firepit/BBQ. A wood-fired hot tub can also be hired.

Blackberry Hut sleeps two and Tummelberry Hut sleeps four. Both shepherd’s huts have raised double beds and wood-burning stoves. Tummelberry Hut also has two single beds which can be used as seating. Mulberry Cabin sleeps six and includes a kitchenette, dining area and wood-burning stove. The restored LMS Goods Wagon sleeps five with a raised double bed, three bunk beds and a wood-burning stove.

Linen and towel bundles can be hired or guests can bring their own. There are also six tent pitches with individual bathrooms and hot showers. All guests can use The Bothy which has cooking facilities, a microwave, fridge freezer and crockery. An eight-person hot tub is available to book separately and archery can also be booked onsite.

Nearby walks range from lower-level routes to climbs around Cairnwell, Creag Leacach and Ben Gulabin. Places to visit include the Cateran Trail, Braemar Highland Games Centre, Balmoral Castle, Braemar Castle and Scone Palace.
