Reedham Ferry Touring Park is located in a secluded area of the Norfolk Broads, within the village of Reedham and close to Norwich. Whether guests choose to camp or bring a caravan, the park offers the perfect balance between peace and tranquillity and easy access to the brighter seaside resorts. With its rural setting, the park nestles beside the River Yare in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.
The site spans four acres of landscaped grounds, offering flat and spacious pitches with uninterrupted Norfolk horizons and stunning views across the surrounding marshes. Both standard electric hook-ups and premier hook-ups are available for camping and touring guests.
Facilities on site include hot showers with shaver points, washing-up areas, and numerous water points. There is also a designated BBQ area, and cars can be parked alongside caravans or camping pitches. Guests benefit from no additional charges for awnings, dinghies, use of the slipway, dogs, or river fishing.
The touring park is ideally located for a variety of family-friendly days out, including visits to Pettitts Animal Adventure Park, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, and Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park. For a more relaxed pace, guests can explore the Norfolk Broads or visit Wroxham Barns for crafts and its junior farm. Nearby attractions also include the RSPB sanctuary at Strumpshaw and a renowned steam engine collection.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept under strict control at all times. Exercising off-site along the riverbank provides a pleasant walk for both guests and their four-legged companions, while helping to maintain clean surroundings for all visitors.
