Garden End Farm offers camping and caravanning facilities located in Panborough near the beautiful city of Wells in Somerset. The campsite is set in a quiet and peaceful location amidst an apple orchard in Somerset's Mendips. We also have a shepherd's hut available.
The campsite has hedges covering three of the four sides, making it safe for children. You can relax on the campsite and even have a barbecue whilst taking in the views of the local church and stunning Mendips.
The Shepherd’s Hut is situated at the top of the campsite in its own paddock, offering stunning scenic views of the Mendips and surrounding areas. Inside, you'll find a cosy king-size bed with USB chargers on either side, along with a kettle, toaster, fridge and complimentary tea and coffee. A short walk away, the toilet and shower block features rainfall showers with hot and cold water, as well as shaver points and there’s a sheltered washing-up area nearby. In the morning, enjoy a creamy coffee made with fresh milk from your fridge, ready for you to start your day.
The local area offers a range of attractions for all ages, including Wookey Hole Caves, which is located just five miles away; you can explore the caves, visit the arcade amusements and even see the paper mill. The beautiful city of Wells is also located nearby, offering a range of shops, restaurants, pubs and a stunning cathedral. Glastonbury Tor and Glastonbury Abbey can also be easily reached from the campsite. Lots of attractions are in the local area, including:
