Camper UK Leisure Park is set in the Lincolnshire countryside at Swinethorpe. Surrounded by open rural views and abundant birdlife, the site provides a peaceful setting for touring holidays, glamping breaks and self-catering stays.
The campsite has 28 pitches including 12 standard hardstanding pitches, eight large hardstanding pitches and eight grass pitches. Every pitch has an electric hook-up and its own water supply. Guests also have access to a well-appointed toilet and shower block which includes underfloor heating.
The cosy glamping pods sleep two people and overlook the newly landscaped pond. Each pod is furnished with a sofa bed, bistro set, mini fridge, kettle and heater for an alternative to traditional camping.
A selection of lodges and cottages is also available. The cottages sleep between two and four people and enjoy views across the lakes. Some properties have a private hot tub where guests can unwind during their stay.
Fishing enthusiasts can spend time beside the lake which is stocked with common carp and mirror carp. The surrounding countryside is also home to a wide variety of birdlife for those who enjoy birdwatching.
Days out nearby include Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle, Belton House and Doddington Hall and Gardens. Visitors can also travel to the Lincolnshire coast to explore Natureland Seal Sanctuary in Skegness.
