Baystone Bank Farm Campsite in the Whicham Valley is a haven for tranquillity and relaxation. Our Cumbrian campsite offers camping pitches, motorhome pitches and glamping accommodation, all set in beautiful countryside. While staying with us, you can visit the renowned Lake District National Park or nearby Millom.
Campers can choose between grass and hard pitches. The hardstanding pitches are in an elevated position and boast spectacular views over the Whicham valley, whilst the grass pitches are located along the pretty shallow stream. All the pitches are level and include their own firepit.
Our bell tents offer a more luxurious experience. Features include wooden decking with seating, bunting and fairy lights. All the tents include a double bed, a double sofa bed and a small table.
You can also stay in our unique and custom-built roundhouse which sleeps 4 people. It is well-insulated and includes electricity, heating, a well-equipped kitchen and a log burner for the winter months.
The Whicham Valley has an abundance of natural beauty to discover, ideal for walkers and cyclists who love exploring the great outdoors. Attractions to visit include:
