Gosfield Lake Resort is a private family-run leisure park, set in the heart of rural Essex, close to Constable Country and right on the Essex Way. The 36-acre lake and surrounding countryside combine to create a natural beauty spot, where clear summer evenings give way to spectacular sunsets.
This scenic site is great for a tranquil holiday in an amazing location. There are brilliant camping facilities, including purpose-built showers, toilets, washing-up facilities and a laundry room. A tent area by the lake provides a truly magical place to pitch your tent. They also provide charming accommodation in The Annexe, the guest wing of Lake House. The accommodation includes two beautifully furnished rooms which boast amazing views over the lake. Inside there is one double and one twin with a sofa bed, plus an interlocking door converting them into a family suite, with each including a patio area.
The activities on site are wide-ranging and fantastic for all the family, including water skiing, inflatable rides and open water swimming. There are lakeside picnic areas, a children's play area and the Snack Shack which offers refreshments and snacks.
