Orcaber Farm is a small, family-run caravan and campsite located near Austwick, Settle in the Yorkshire Dales. The site enjoys stunning views of the surrounding hills and countryside, spanning both the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Forest of Bowland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ideally situated just half a mile off the A65, it offers a quiet and peaceful setting. The village of Austwick is a 15-minute walk away and features a country pub, village shop, playground, playing fields and miles of walled bridlepaths to explore.

Caravan, Motorhome & Tent Pitches

For caravans and motorhomes, standard pitches are available on either hard standing or grass, all with electric hook-ups. Guests can also opt for a super pitch on hard standing, which includes a private fresh water tap and grey waste disposal.

Tents are accommodated in a separate field, where large pitches are available with or without electric hook-up.

Facilities

The campsite provides a range of excellent facilities, including:

• Shower block with separate male and female showers (50p per shower), plus hair dryers and electric points

• Clean toilet facilities

• Pot wash room

• Freezer for ice packs and freezer blocks

• Hard standing pitches

• Full service pitches with private tap, grey waste drain and TV point

• Electric hook-ups

• Tourist information point with local leaflets

• Chemical toilet disposal point

• Dog walk area with river access

• Picnic benches around the site

• Short walk to the village pub, shop and play park

• Larger supermarket in Settle, five miles away

Disposable BBQs must be raised off the ground to prevent grass damage, and stands can be provided on request.

Camping Pods

The camping pods offer a practical alternative for those who enjoy the camping experience but prefer the comfort of a solid roof overhead. Well insulated and cosy, the pods provide sleeping space for up to four guests. They are equipped with lighting and electrical outlets for charging devices. Please note that beds are not provided, so guests should bring air mattresses or suitable bedding for a comfortable stay.
