The park offers excellent camping facilities and welcomes touring caravans, campervans, motorhomes and tents in its spacious rally field. Bordered by thick hedgerows, the field provides lovely views across the surrounding countryside. Guests staying in tourers, campervans and motorhomes can choose from fully serviced hardstanding pitches or grass pitches, with or without electric hook-ups.
Free hot showers are available in the luxury shower and toilet block, which benefits from underfloor heating throughout. Laundry and washing-up facilities are also provided for guests’ convenience. A wide range of on-site amenities is available, including an outdoor heated swimming pool, extensive outdoor play areas for children, a sports pitch, zip wire, tennis court, bicycle track, laundry facilities and dedicated dog-walking areas.
Several stunning sandy beaches, including Treath Bychan, Lligwy and Benllech, are all within a five-minute drive. The picturesque fishing village of Moelfre is also close by and is well known for its lifeboat station and scenic coastal walks. This beautiful stretch of coastline is ideal for swimming, sailing, water skiing, fishing, boating, diving, jet skiing, exploring rock pools, beachcombing or simply relaxing on the sand.
Inland, Anglesey’s countryside offers rugged scenery and rocky outcrops, with plenty of opportunities for walking, golf, horse riding and birdwatching, as well as enjoying the peaceful views. Just beyond the island lies Snowdonia National Park, home to dramatic mountains, scenic lakes, charming villages and some of the most impressive landscapes in the UK, making Nant Newydd Caravan Park an excellent base for exploring both coast and countryside.
