Located in the heart of the historic Isle of Purbeck on the Jurassic Coast, Buddens Activity Centre spans 96 acres of beautiful, unspoilt countryside, including heathland, woodland and plantations. This expansive setting provides the perfect backdrop for a wide range of activities and flexible camping options for all ages, allowing guests to connect with the natural environment while enjoying a safe, well-supported and memorable outdoor experience led by experienced and knowledgeable staff.

Across the extensive camping fields, there are idyllic tented villages designed specifically for school and group stays. For those seeking a more traditional camping experience, there is also ample space to pitch tents and create a personalised setup. The site also offers space for up to 20 campervans (please note, motorhomes and touring caravans are not permitted).

Accommodation includes 5- and 6-metre bell tents suitable for both pupils and adults, each fitted with comfortable mattresses. A group marquee is provided with tables, benches and lighting, offering a welcoming indoor communal space throughout the stay. The site can accommodate over 300 pupils and adults, making it ideal for large school groups. WiFi is available in the reception area.

Guests staying in Rockley tents are required to bring their own pillow and sleeping bag or duvet. Toilet and shower facilities are available on site, including accessible facilities for those with additional needs.
