Keld Knowle Farm, Wrelton, Pickering, North Yorkshire
Keld Knowle Farm is a working dairy farm located on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. Set back from the main road, the farm offers a peaceful and rural setting, making it an ideal venue for a family break.
The 200-acre farm features one holiday home, along with 11 hard-standing pitches and five grass pitches, all with electric hook-ups. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
Guests have access to modern toilet and shower facilities with underfloor heating. These include two showers and two toilets in both the ladies’ and gents’ areas, as well as a family and accessible bathroom. Additional amenities include washing-up facilities and a laundrette.
During the high season, pizza nights are held twice a week, offering a relaxed and enjoyable addition to the stay.
A farm walk leads directly from the caravan site to The Buck Inn, with the option of a circular route returning to the farm. The site also connects to the public footpath network, providing a wide variety of walking routes. Situated on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, there are numerous walks right on the doorstep, including routes to the villages of Sinnington, Cropton, Apple-le-Moors and as far as Rosedale. The nearby village of Wrelton is just a five-minute walk away and is home to The Buck Inn, which serves food, as well as a regular local bus service. The Middleton Arms is also close by, approximately one mile away, ensuring there is plenty to explore during a stay at Keld Knowle Farm.
