Bolberry House Farm Caravan & Camping Park is a small, family-run site that provides a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Nestled in the pretty hamlet of Bolberry, in the rolling hills of South Devon, the park lies between the traditional fishing village of Hope Cove and the boating haven of Salcombe. From here, guests can enjoy stunning views across Bigbury Bay and, on a clear day, see the hills of Dartmoor in the distance.

Park Layout

The park is divided into three sections, all set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Surrounded by fields, hedgerows, and abundant wildlife, the park offers a tranquil setting. The farm itself adjoins National Trust coastal footpaths, which lead to a variety of secluded coves and safe, sandy beaches within walking distance.

The Main Park
Covering 7 acres of mostly level ground, the main park offers spacious pitches with scenic rural and sea views. Facilities include:

Ladies: 8 washbasins (free hot water), 4 showers, and a hairdryer.

Gents: 8 washbasins (free hot water), 4 showers, a hairdryer, and shaver point.

Laundry room with sinks, washing machines, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Utility room with 5 dishwashing sinks and 2 chest freezers for ice packs (free).

A payphone.

Children’s play area.

A small shop (open during high season).

The Paddock
A smaller, more secluded 3-acre park set 500 yards down the valley and linked by a mown path. This area is ideal for caravans and camping, with electric hook-ups and drinking water points. Facilities include:

Ladies: 5 washbasins (free hot water), 3 showers, and a hairdryer.

Gents: 5 washbasins (free hot water), 3 showers, and a shaver point.

Utility and dishwashing room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and separate dishwashing sinks.

Chest freezer for ice packs.

The Static Caravan Park
The static caravan section offers a choice of five types of self-catering caravan. A mown path leads from this area to Berry Park, which includes a dedicated dog-exercising meadow.

Local Area

The surrounding region provides a wealth of activities and attractions, whatever the weather. Guests can explore the dramatic landscapes of Dartmoor or enjoy the spectacular South Devon coastline, with the renowned South West Coast Path running close by. From wild moorland to sandy coves and stunning sea views, the area offers something for every visitor.
