Cotswold Hills Country Park is a touring caravan and holiday lodge park set in the heart of the Cotswolds, near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire. CCTV operates throughout the site, and the park is fully gated, providing additional security. For those looking for a more unique stay, the park offers accommodation in a traditional shepherd’s hut, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Inside, guests will find a cosy log burner, exposed timber interiors and comfortable furnishings designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The compact space is thoughtfully arranged and includes a TV, mini bar fridge, Ninja air fryer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, glassware and bath towels. Nearby, the heated shower and toilet block provides access to launderette and washing-up facilities, as well as water points, including one at the rear of each hut. Outside, each hut features a private Japanese cedar wood-fired bath, offering a relaxing outdoor experience, perfect for enjoying sunsets or stargazing.
The park is also developing a new holiday lodge area, offering the opportunity to purchase bespoke luxury lodges in a sought-after Cotswold location. These brand-new lodges will be open year-round and can be tailored to individual preferences, depending on plot size and position. Each lodge will benefit from countryside views, private gardens and dedicated driveways, making them suitable as a personal retreat or as an investment with potential rental income.
