Southwell Retreat offers wonderful glamping pods which are set in a peaceful and relaxing environment. Located in a picturesque setting yet just outside the Nottinghamshire town of Southwell where there are many amenities. The site is within easy reach of several interesting towns and cities such as Newark and Lincoln.
There are 4 pods available which can all sleep 4 in a double bed and double bed settee. One of the pods is dog-friendly. Other facilities provided in the pods include a small kitchenette (fridge, 2 ring electric hob, toaster, kettle and crockery), table, 4 stools, underfloor heating, bathroom, clothes hanging, bedding and towels. Outside there is a picnic table. Wood fired hot tub from 1st April 2023 onwards.
This rural setting makes it ideal for walking and cycling. Alternatively, there is plenty to see and do in the area. Southwell town has shops, places to eat and a stunning cathedral. Nearby Newark has shops, places to eat, markets and a castle.
