Fairfields Farm is situated on the Pevensey Levels, a beautiful National Nature Reserve and one of only four in East Sussex. Covering 10,000 acres between Eastbourne and Hastings, this extensive grazing marsh is home to a wide variety of wetland birds and wildlife, creating a peaceful countryside setting for visitors to enjoy.
The adult-only caravan and camping park was created following a family camping trip, when the owners recognised the potential to develop a relaxing recreational park surrounded by scenic countryside on the family farm.
Over the years, guests expressed an interest in seeing the farm animals, which led to the creation of the popular farm walk. Today, the farm is home to ponies, donkeys, chickens, ducks and, seasonally, piglets and lambs.
Fairfields Farm has continued to enhance its facilities and has been recognised with the ‘Top 100 Sites – South East Winner’ award by Practical Caravan. The site also proudly holds a 4-Star Visit England rating.
The upgraded campsite shop and reception provide guests with all the essential amenities, while complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the main park.
Camping & Touring Facilities
In addition to the main park, Fairfields Farm also offers a separate camping field without electric hook-ups, ideal for guests seeking a more traditional camping experience. This area is also suitable for caravan and motorhome rallies, as well as cycling and rambling groups, and can be reserved exclusively for group bookings.
The site offers a total of 100 pitches, including:
- 60 electric pitches.
- 40 non-electric pitches.
There is also a designated dog-walking field, providing plenty of open space for pets to exercise freely.
Although the site has evolved over the years and is now exclusively for adults, its core aim remains the same — to provide peaceful and rejuvenating countryside escapes while continuing to honour the family’s original vision.
