Diglea Holiday Park
Diglea Holiday Park is a friendly family-run park set in a peaceful rural location outside Snettisham on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Offering camping, touring and glamping accommodation, the park is located just a quarter of a mile from the beach and RSPB Reserve, only five miles from the seaside attractions of Hunstanton and ten miles from the historic town of King’s Lynn. Rallies are also welcome.
Guests can choose from a range of unique glamping accommodation, including luxurious safari tents, cosy beach hut cabins and a charming enchanted cottage.
The Safari Tents provide a relaxing glamping experience in a peaceful area of the park. Each tent includes a compact kitchen with a sink, fridge, microwave and four-ring hob, along with kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. Guests can unwind in a freestanding roll-top bath after a day exploring the Norfolk coast. Royal Serengeti Lodge sleeps up to four guests with one main bedroom and cabin beds, while Massai Mara Lodge sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms. Each lodge also benefits from its own decking area.
The Beach Hut Cabins offer cosy accommodation for up to four guests, featuring a double bed and two pull-out futon beds. Facilities include a small fridge, kettle, electric sockets, folding table and chairs, with a water tap located outside. Guests staying in the cabins have exclusive use of the nearby Shepherd’s Hut toilet and shower facilities. Outside, a picnic bench provides the perfect place to relax.
The Enchanted Cottage offers a truly unique stay with fairy tale charm, complete with pixie-style windows and character features throughout. Inside, guests will find a king-sized bed in the main living area, a dining table with seating, a separate bedroom with bunk beds, a kitchen area and a bathroom featuring a freestanding bath, sink and toilet. Outside there is a private seating area for guests to enjoy.
The park also offers both serviced and non-serviced pitches suitable for tents, caravans, motorhomes and campervans, with serviced pitches including electric hook-up facilities.
On-site amenities include toilet blocks, free hot showers, hairdryer sockets, washing and dishwashing facilities, laundry sinks and disabled facilities. Families can also enjoy the on-site clubhouse, Beaver’s Retreat, which features a pool table, large screen TV showing Sky Sports and regular entertainment throughout the season.
Three self-catering lodges are also available at the park — Rabbit Warren, Robins Nest and Barn Owl — with further details available on the website.
The Norfolk Coast provides the ideal setting for both relaxing breaks and active holidays, with plenty of scenic walking and cycling routes nearby. Popular local attractions include Bircham Windmill, Sandringham House, Snettisham Park, Pensthorpe Natural Park, Norfolk Lavender and Farmer Fred’s Indoor Play Area.
