Deer’s Leap Retreat is a secluded Devon farmstead located on the edge of Exmoor National Park, offering stunning countryside views, beautiful grounds and easy access to open moorland. Nestled in North Devon, this peaceful retreat provides the perfect setting for relaxing countryside escapes surrounded by nature and wildlife.
The retreat features five spacious Emperor Bell Tents measuring 6m x 4m, each complete with a real king-size bed and designed for comfortable summer holidays in the countryside. Feather duvets and pillows ensure a cosy night’s sleep, with only the peaceful sounds of birdsong and surrounding countryside to disturb the silence.
Guests at Deer’s Leap Retreat can enjoy sunsets beside the lake, stargazing from the patio or traditional afternoon tea in the lakeside gazebo. Children can explore the grounds, roll down grassy lawns, play hide and seek amongst the trees and enjoy the freedom of the countryside.
The retreat is home to a variety of wildlife and animals, including pheasants, buzzards and wild birds, alongside friendly resident animals such as Poppy the Beagle, Tinkerbell the Exmoor pony, cows, Jersey milking cows and chickens.
