The campsite provides the perfect base for exploring Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, the beautiful Forest of Dean and Wye Valley AONB, Monmouthshire and beyond. Set within seven acres of parkland and offering direct access to neighbouring woodlands, it is ideal for scenic walks and cycling routes.
Haywood Farm offers both grass and hardstanding (gravel) pitches suitable for tents, caravans, trailer tents, motorhomes, rooftop tents and campervans. Electric and non-electric options are available, with a variety of pitch sizes. Awnings are included in the pitch fee, dogs are welcome, and caravan and campervan rallies are also accommodated. For those who prefer indoor accommodation, there are two holiday homes available onsite: the charming one-bedroom Bluebell Cottage and the spacious four-bedroom Robins Rest – ideal for non-campers wanting to join in the holiday experience.
Guests can enjoy excellent facilities, including free hot showers, modern amenities and an accessible washroom with baby-changing facilities. A washing-up area with communal fridges and freezers is also available.
On-site activities include a children’s play area with swings, a treehouse den and boat sand pit, a large games room with pool and table tennis plus a dedicated under-5s area, a football pitch, and facilities for badminton and volleyball. Guests can also enjoy delicious stone-baked pizzas available to pre-order at reception, as well as snacks, hot and cold drinks, ice creams and alcohol from the site shop. A function room is available to book for special occasions or group relaxation.
