The Rings, located in Cupar, offers a unique blend of wilderness camping and cosy cabin accommodation, all set within 90 acres of scenic farmland in the heart of Fife. Perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, the peaceful surroundings provide the ideal backdrop for spotting local wildlife, including deer and birds of prey. Whether guests choose to stay in one of the comfortable cabins or camp under the stars, The Rings serves as an excellent base for exploring Fife’s many attractions—from historic landmarks and walking trails to coastal adventures.
For campers, the site welcomes tents and motorhomes, with all pitches offering picturesque countryside views. Please note, electric hook-ups and chemical toilet disposal facilities are not available for campervans.
Facilities located in the farm buildings include a modern shower, flush toilet, and a fully accessible wet room.
In addition to camping, The Rings features six bespoke self-contained cabins, each with countryside views and the capacity to sleep up to five adults. Two cabins can be linked together via an adjoining room for larger groups. All cabins include a two-bed bunk room, an additional mattress for two beds or a sofa bed, a living area, kitchen, and bathroom. Cabins 1, 3, 4, and 5 feature twin beds that can be made into king-size beds, cabin 2 has a sofa bed that converts to a twin, cabin 5 can accommodate a profile bed, and cabin 6 includes an adjustable bed that raises at the head and foot.
Guests can also enjoy Bisset’s Barn, a versatile space featuring a sensory room, a changing place, an indoor hot room, a large multi-purpose area, a small kitchen/dining space, and laundry facilities. The Rings also offers a range of farm experiences to enhance any stay.
The surrounding area is rich with opportunities for walking and cycling, while local golf courses provide a chance to play a round. Fishing enthusiasts can visit nearby spots including Parkview, Fortsprings, Goldenloch, and Newton.
