En Suite Pitch – The en suite pitch is the most luxurious pitch available at the park. It allows guests to enjoy a more comfortable stay with their own private cedar-clad cabin located directly on the pitch, featuring a shower, toilet, sink, and washing-up area. Each pitch is also equipped with a 16 amp electric hook-up, TV point, water tap, grey water disposal, and a picnic bench. En suite pitches are available as either grass or hardstanding.

The park offers a wide range of self-catering holiday accommodation, from traditional camping and caravanning pitches to timber lodges, camping pods, and holiday homes.
Touring & Camping
The Standard Pitch is available as grass, all-weather, or hardstanding. All pitches include a 16 amp electric hook-up, and some also feature TV points. Pitch sizes vary, with some measuring up to 15m x 12m.
The Premier Pitch provides additional comfort for guests during their stay. Available as either grass or hardstanding, these pitches include 16 amp electric hook-up, TV connection, water supply, grey water disposal points, and a picnic bench.
The Walled Garden offers a charming camping area designed for small tents seeking a standard pitch. This historic enclosed space provides sheltered, level pitches close to the swimming pool. A small covered kitchen area is also available for campers arriving on foot or by bike, with special lower rates offered to those travelling via the Tarka Trail. All pitches within the Walled Garden include electric hook-ups.
Camping Pods
The camping pods at Smytham Holiday Park allow guests to experience the adventure of camping with added comfort and without the hassle of pitching a tent. They provide an excellent option for short breaks in North Devon throughout the year. Two sizes of pods are available: the Escape Pod, which sleeps up to two adults, and the Family Pod, which sleeps up to four adults. Both pods include electric lighting, sockets, and heating. Outside, guests will find a barbecue and a covered deck area approximately four feet deep — a perfect place to sit back, enjoy the fresh country air, and relax after a day of walking or cycling. Guests simply need to bring their usual camping gear, but not a tent.
Log Cabins
The park also features three log cabins, each with its own hot tub for up to six people to enjoy. Located in a peaceful area of Smytham Manor Holiday Park, the cabins provide a tranquil setting where guests can relax and unwind while taking in the natural beauty of North Devon. Each cabin accommodates up to six people and includes all the facilities required for a comfortable self-catering holiday, including a microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer in the kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided, and the veranda includes outdoor furniture and a barbecue, offering lovely views across the parkland and neighbouring countryside. Cots can also be provided free of charge, and guests have full access to the park’s facilities, with opening times depending on the season.
Heather & Lavender Log Cabins
The Heather and Lavender timber lodges are luxuriously furnished with three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, while the lodge also includes one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, along with a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Inside, guests will find a spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge with a 32-inch TV and DVD player, and a dining area with seating for six. The large veranda offers a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy summer barbecues, with a gas barbecue provided.
