Red Kite Touring Park is a family-run, adults-only touring park located near the charming market town of Llanidloes. Set on the edge of the Cambrian Mountains, it offers a peaceful retreat in stunning countryside, with far-reaching views down the Clywedog Valley.

Surrounded by 20 acres of spectacular landscape, the picturesque site provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life, offering tranquillity and breathtaking natural scenery.

There are 62 fully serviced pitches available, suitable for caravans and motorhomes. Each pitch includes 16-amp electricity, a private drinking water supply and gravel hardstanding. The pitches are thoughtfully arranged over several tiers into the hillside, maximising both views and privacy.

On site, guests can enjoy a range of excellent facilities, including a state-of-the-art amenity block, reception area and a convenient dog wash. There is also a well-stocked shop selling everyday essentials, local treats and drinks.

Just below the pitches lies a scenic coarse fishing pool. Fishing is charged on a daily basis, with weekly or seasonal rates available on enquiry at reception.

The historic market town of Llanidloes is just a 15-minute stroll away and offers restaurants, pubs, shops and takeaways. Nearby attractions include Llyn Clywedog Reservoir and Dam — the tallest dam in Britain — and Hafren Forest, ideal for scenic walks. Other popular places to visit include:
