Set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the site is surrounded by open landscapes and peaceful scenery, making it an ideal destination for those wishing to escape the pace of everyday life and enjoy a tranquil outdoor holiday in a stunning rural setting.
The site provides 10 pitches for tents and five pitches for caravans and motorhomes. The Camping Arch sleeps two to four people and includes a double bed, double sofa bed, fridge, microwave, two-ring electric hob, kettle, toaster, vegetable steamer, cutlery, cups, plates, bowls, table and chairs. It also features an en suite bathroom and heating, ensuring comfort during cooler days.
There is also a Camping Cabin sleeping two people, along with three bell tents, each accommodating up to six guests.
Local amenities are just a five-minute drive away, and the surrounding area offers a wide range of activities and attractions. Visitors can enjoy cycling, sailing, canoeing and fishing at Bewl Water Outdoor Centre, explore historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Bodiam Castle, Hever Castle and Leeds Castle, or travel along the East Sussex coastline from The Seven Sisters Country Park near Eastbourne to the ancient Cinque Ports of Rye and Winchelsea.
There are also many picturesque villages nearby, with traditional country pubs to discover, particularly in Burwash. For a good selection of shops, the village of Wadhurst is just a 10-minute drive away, while Tunbridge Wells, including the Pantiles and Roman Baths, is slightly further afield.
Camping and caravan pitches are priced at £25 per night, including electric, for up to five people, with additional guests charged at £5 per person.
