Riddings Wood Holiday Park is set within 11 acres of peaceful woodland, offering a quiet and secluded setting in the Derbyshire village of Riddings. The park is conveniently located just two miles from Alfreton, within a few minutes’ walk of two local pubs, and with easy access to the M1, making it both tranquil and well connected.
Touring & Camping
The park offers a total of 86 pitches, comprising a mix of hardstanding and grass options to suit a range of touring and camping needs.
There are 26 hardstanding pitches, including:
Ten fully serviced pitches with water, grey waste point, and a 16-amp electric hook-up.
Sixteen hardstanding pitches with a 16-amp electric hook-up.
All hardstanding pitches include a grass area suitable for awnings and a designated parking space for a car.
In addition, there are 60 grass pitches, each equipped with a 10-amp electric hook-up.
Lodges
Riddings Wood Holiday Park also offers a selection of luxury and premium lodges set within the woodland surroundings.
There are six luxury lodges, each sleeping up to four guests, with accommodation comprising a double bed and a double sofa bed. These lodges are well equipped with a TV and DVD player, microwave, oven, hot plates, kettle, fridge, and freezer. Each luxury lodge also benefits from a private hot tub, and guests can enjoy a communal barbecue area.
The park also features six premium lodges, sleeping up to six guests in a double bed, a double sofa bed, and two single cabin beds. These lodges are fully equipped with a TV and DVD player, microwave, oven, hot plates, kettle, fridge, and freezer. Each premium lodge includes a private hot tub and a veranda overlooking the woodland, furnished with garden furniture. A private barbecue area and a parking space outside each lodge are also provided.
