Coastal Valley Camp & Crafts is an award-winning campsite nestled in a peaceful valley just behind Watergate Bay in Cornwall. Embracing the spirit of traditional camping, the site offers campfires, a farm shop stocked with essentials and Cornish produce, a wild play area with rope swings and balance ropes, and an idyllic stream perfect for paddling and play.
Set within a natural valley, this tranquil haven invites guests to kick off their shoes, relax with a cup of tea, and enjoy the soothing sounds of the babbling stream harmonising with birdsong. With no houses or cars in sight, it’s a true slice of Cornish countryside bliss.
Camping and Touring
At the heart of the valley lies the touring ring, which accommodates a total of 27 pitches. The site welcomes motorhomes, VW vans, trailer tents, and caravans with driver-side awnings. Both electric and non-electric pitches are available for campers, offering flexibility for all types of visitors.

Coastal Valley Camp & Crafts features five unique types of glamping accommodation, each offering comfort and charm in a natural setting:
BBQ Lodge
This spacious lodge sleeps up to 4 people in a raised double bed and two single beds. It includes a central fire for cooking and access to an en suite pod with hot water, sink, and flushing toilet. The outdoor area features loungers and a picnic bench, perfect for relaxing in the evening and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere.
Safari Tent
The large safari tent sleeps 6 guests in one king, one twin, and one double bed. It includes a well-equipped kitchen and two pods at the rear providing washing facilities.
Wooden Pod
A cosy option for couples or small families, the wooden pod sleeps 2 adults and 2 small children. Inside, there is a compact, well-equipped kitchen and a full en suite. A small outdoor deck with a charcoal BBQ completes this charming space.
Old Library Bus
This quirky converted bus has been lovingly refurbished to sleep 4 adults and 2 small children, with a double bed and two settee beds. It includes a small kitchen, hand basin, and an outdoor wooden deck with furniture, a Gas Cadac (with gas provided), and a fire pit.
Bell Tent
The 5-metre bell tent sleeps 4 people in one double bed and two single futon beds. Beautifully furnished, it includes kitchen facilities and an outdoor BBQ, picnic bench, and fire pit, providing a stylish and comfortable glamping experience.
