Rynys Farm Campsite is set in the heart of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, North Wales, just two miles from the popular village of Betws-y-Coed. Run by friendly hosts Lois and Euros, this charming campsite is celebrated for its immaculate cleanliness and breathtaking panoramic views—stretching across the Machno Valley and towards the majestic Moel Siabod.
Whether visitors choose to pitch a tent, bring a camper van or touring caravan, or enjoy the comfort of the Shepherd’s Hut or static caravan, Rynys Farm offers a peaceful and picturesque base for exploring the wild beauty of Snowdonia.
Campsite Accommodation
The campsite caters primarily to tents, camper vans, and a small number of touring caravans. Electric hook-ups are available, and WiFi access is provided throughout the site. The camping season runs from April 27th to the end of September for tents, and until the end of October for caravans. A 21-day maximum stay applies for caravan bookings.
Guests may park their vehicles next to their tents for convenience. Facilities include a well-maintained toilet and shower block housed in a converted traditional stone farm building. Amenities include:

Static Caravan
The static caravan at Rynys Farm provides accommodation for up to 2 adults and 2 children and is available from early June to mid-October. The focus is on comfort, simplicity, and cleanliness, with stunning views right outside the window.

Double bedroom and a separate twin bedroom for children
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave
TV with Freeview
Guests need only bring food, towels, toiletries, and sleeping bags for the children.
Shepherd’s Hut Glamping
Set at an elevated position on the edge of the site, the cosy Shepherd’s Hut offers a premium glamping experience with sweeping mountain views. Suitable for two guests, the hut includes:
A fold-out double bed/seat
Woodburning stove (with logs supplied for the first few days)
Electric lighting and charging sockets
Fridge and two-ring gas stove
Outdoor picnic area with table and folding chairs
Guests staying in the hut have access to the main campsite's toilet block and should bring their own bedding, towels, food, and toiletries. The hut is available year-round, making it ideal for a peaceful escape in any season.
