Crockey Hill Caravan Site is located in a peaceful rural setting, just 10 minutes from the beautiful city of York, offering the perfect combination of a city break and tranquil countryside relaxation. Set in a spacious field surrounded by mature trees and hedges, the site provides ample space for awnings.
Please note that the site does not offer shower or toilet facilities and therefore cannot accommodate tents. However, electric hook-ups are available for all pitches, and the site is certified by the Caravan & Motorhome Club.
This location serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding region, with easy access to the East Coast, North York Moors, and Yorkshire Dales. A bus stop adjacent to the site provides regular service into York, available seven days a week, with late buses for those enjoying evening outings in the city. York's famous attractions, bars, and restaurants are all within easy reach.
Several charming villages are located within 1 to 3 miles of the site, offering local shops and pubs that serve delicious home-cooked food. A farm shop and café are just a 2-minute walk away, and for those who enjoy walking, the nearest access to the Public Right of Way network is located next to the farm shop.
