Rynys Farm campsite enjoys a picturesque setting in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, North Wales, just 2 miles from the charming village of Betws-y-Coed. Managed by Lois and Euros, this friendly campsite is known for its impeccably clean facilities. The campsite boasts stunning views from your caravan or tent, overlooking the Machno Valley or towards Moel Siabod. For those seeking a glamping experience, there is also a Shepherd's Hut available and the entire site now offers WiFi access.
Campsite
The campsite primarily accommodates tents, camper vans and a few touring caravans. Electric hook-ups are available. The site is open from April 27th to the end of September for tents and until the end of October for caravans, with a maximum stay of 21 days for caravans. Campers can park their cars next to their tents. The toilet block, housed in a converted traditional stone farm building, features hot showers (metered - 10p pieces), hot and cold water, shaving points, and dishwashing facilities. A metered power point for hairdryers and a phone charging station (£1 per hour) are also available. Additionally, there are facilities for chemical toilet disposal.
Static Caravan
The static caravan can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. It is simply furnished with an emphasis on cleanliness and offers breathtaking views. Electricity, gas, and linen for the double bed are included. Guests only need to bring food, toiletries (including towels), and sleeping bags for the children. The caravan includes a shower, toilet, double bedroom, and a twin bedroom for children. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and other essentials, and there is a TV with Freeview. This caravan is available for rent from early June to mid-October.
Shepherd's Hut
The cosy Shepherd's Hut, perfect for a luxury camping or glamping experience, sleeps 2. Set in an elevated position at the edge of the campsite, it offers spectacular mountain views. Inside, there is a fold-out double bed/seat and a wood-burning stove for colder evenings. The hut is available year-round, with logs provided for the first few days. It features electric lighting and a couple of free sockets for charging devices. A fridge and a two-ring gas stove are provided. Guests need to bring bedding, towels, food, and toiletries. Outside, there is a seating area with a wooden picnic table and two folding chairs, perfect for relaxing or dining while enjoying the view and fresh mountain air. Guests have access to the site's toilet block with hot showers, hot and cold water, shaving points, and dishwashing facilities.

Rynys Farm Campsite, just 2 miles from Betws-y-Coed in the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, is south-facing and offers stunning views of the mountains and the Machno Valley.
