A private shower, compost toilet, and wash hand basin can be found in Wash Howf. Additional facilities include a twin-ring gas hob, and outside, there is an open fire and BBQ, perfect for relaxing and savouring the wonderful views.

Summer Howf: This charmingly renovated summer house is located in the delightful country garden. It comes with electricity and is furnished in a camping/garden style. The house, in a private position alongside the duck pond, sleeps up to 2 people in a comfy bed with a bed balcony and stargazing window. Inside, there is a wood-burning stove and a ring gas camping cooker. Guests have access to a hot shower, toilet, washing up area, and fridge/freezer in Wash Howf. Outside, there is a private seating area with a canopy, picnic area, and an open fire pit.

Tree Howf: This unique treehouse is a beautifully designed masterpiece built high up in the branches of an ash tree, offering panoramic views over the Ochil Hills. Inside, there is a handmade rustic king-size bed with a large stargazing window above. The luxurious hot shower includes a hand basin, and downstairs, there is a designer eco-compost toilet. Facilities include a two-ring gas hob, wood burner, and antique Belfast sink. Outside, there is a fire pit and BBQ, providing a glorious countryside view.

The Burrow: This charming hobbit howf transports guests to the magical world of Lord of the Rings. Traditionally built from stone and wood, it offers far-reaching views. Inside, there is a handmade rustic double-size bed with a stargazing window above. Facilities include a wood-burning stove, double ring gas hob, bespoke hand-carved wooden sinks, a hobbit-style shower, and a hand-carved wooden wash hand basin. A designer eco-friendly compost toilet is next door. Outside, there is a fire pit and BBQ.

Bagend: The second hobbit howf is surrounded by rolling countryside. This traditionally built property, made from stone and wood, features a handmade rustic double-size bed and a slipper bath with a handheld shower and hand-carved wooden wash hand basin. Guests use a next-door eco-friendly compost toilet. Facilities include a wood burning stove, double ring gas hob, and outside, there is a fire pit and BBQ.
