The barn, overlooking part of the camping field, frequently hosts live music and events.

The local area offers excellent cycling and walking routes, including the Colliers Way, part of Route 24 of the National Cycle Network. This route follows the old Somerset & Dorset Railway line and the former Great Western line, providing scenic and historic paths for exploration.
