Penisar Mynydd Caravan Park, Rhuallt, St. Asaph, Denbighshire

Penisar Mynydd Caravan Park is situated in the beautiful North Wales countryside only a few miles from Prestatyn, Rhyl and the wide variety of other attractions in the area. The onsite facilities are kept to an extremely high standard.

The caravan park offers 72 hard-standing caravan pitches, 60 of which offer services. At peak times, grass pitches are also available. The 'Super Pitches' are all hard standing, offering full services of electricity, mains water and drainage. The pitches accommodate both single axle caravans and the larger double axle caravans. 'Standard Pitches' offer electricity only. The electricity provision on the site is a 16 amp service.

Many of the pitches, given their generous spaces allocation, are separated by attractive, mature beech hedges to increase privacy. The generous proportions of the pitches also offers ample space for awnings and car parking.

Penisar Mynydd offers modern amenities building that accommodates toilet, washing, shower and laundry facilities. The building has been constructed to the highest standards including tiled floors, toilet cubicles, shower cubicles (with a constant on demand supply of hot water), urinal facilities and numerous hand wash basins. Power is provided for electric shavers.

A separate dishwashing area is provided with plentiful hot water. A separate washing, drying and ironing laundry facility is also available. Finally, separate chemical toilet washing and disposal services are offered in a separate unit.

The park has a modern reception with a wide variety of tourist information brochures to help make your stay as enjoyable and trouble free as possible.

A variety of shops are available in the nearby village of Dyserth, including a Spar with integral Post Office, a butchers and a pharmacy.

The National Park of Snowdonia, Llandudno and the Great Orme and the beautiful Isle of Anglesey are only a short drive away. Many of our visitors take advantage of a short trip over the North Sea to Ireland on the high speed HSS catamaran ferry, which departs several times daily from Holyhead in Anglesey.
