Monks Cottage Caravan Park offers excellent caravanning facilities located in the hamlet of Leaveland, near the market town of Faversham. Nestled in a gorgeous countryside location in Kent, this is a paradise for countryside lovers.
The campsite consists of 15 level grass pitches, all with electric hook-up, in grounds of the owner’s period thatch cottage. Set in a peaceful, picturesque valley, we are a great place to escape from the pressures of modern life.
Facilities onsite include a toilet block with disabled facilities. There are 2 shower cubicles with toilets and one shower has a disabled seat and grab rails.
You can visit the historic market town of Faversham (4 miles away), famous for its yearly hop festival. Visit the cathedral cities of Canterbury and Rochester with its many castles, Cinque Ports, historic houses, towns and villages. Explore the historical dockyard at Chatham, where Nelson`s H.M.S. Victory was launched. Visit many beaches along our coastline, including Whitstable: itself being famous for its oysters.
