Broomhills Farm River Eco Pods offers magical off-grid glamping accommodation in Longtown, Cumbria. Nestled in a peaceful woodland location by the river, this is perfect for nature lovers who still want a bit of luxury, offering the ultimate digital detox.
The charming pods enjoy superb views of the river and guests are welcome to explore the woodland which is home to wildlife species. You can even soak away your troubles in the log-fired hot tubs.
The new elite en suite pod overlooks the River Lyne and comes with a range of facilities to suit all your needs. A double bed and leather sofa bed come with cosy throws and cushions. The en suite shower room comes with a WC. A kitchen area is provided and there is also an outdoor gas cooking hob. Outside there is a private outdoor dining area with seating. A great spot for a morning coffee. Gas heating is also provided.
The eco family pod offers a more back to nature experience and sleeps 4 adults or a family of 5. Inside there is a double bed with a separate sleeping area and twin beds/sofa. Gas is supplied for a gas hob and outside is a large decking area with seating which enjoys views over the River Lyne. The pod comes with its own outdoor compost toilet & outdoor shower.(open March – October)
Set on a working dairy farm, you are welcome to meet the animals. You can even collect eggs for breakfast. Pre-order hampers and extras are available for an additional cost, such as BBQ packs.
