Pomeroy Caravan & Camping Park is a small family-run camping site that is set in the hamlet of Pomeroy. Surrounded by rolling countryside in Derbyshire, this is ideal for couples or families who want to have a peaceful holiday.
There are well maintained EHU grassland pitches for touring caravans and tents. For tents, without EHU there is an open plan field. Excellent facilities onsite include:
Underfloor heated toilet and shower facilities
Family bathroom and disabled wash facilities
Direct easy access to the High Peak Trail for walkers and cyclists
Recycling points
Free W-Fi available throughout the site.
Laundry and pot wash facilities complete with 5 sinks, washer, dryer and communal freezer.
Reception/ shop stocking essential items and camping equipment. We sell our own pasteurised whole milk, ice cream and milkshakes, all made with milk from our dairy cows. We also sell a small range of other local produce such as meat and baked goods.

Fully enclosed dog exercise area – well-behaved dogs on leads welcome all over the site.
The park is a great base for walking and cycling. If you want to go further afield then you can take a day trip to the towns of Bakewell, Buxton or Chatsworth. There are also plenty of attractions in the area such as Gulliver's Kingdom, High Tor and Chatsworth House.
