Fields End Water Caravan Park & Fishery, Doddington, March, Cambridgeshire

Fields End Water Caravan Park & Fishery is a family run adult only campsite located just outside the village of Doddington near the town of March in Cambridgeshire. The site offers exceptional caravanning and camping facilities as well as great course fishing.

Open all year, enthusiastic anglers will find fishing for all levels; ramblers will enjoy the flat, expansive countryside and those who just want to sit back and relax can do so in beautiful and natural surroundings. There are numerous pitches available:

Tents: 10
Caravans: 80
Motorhomes: 80
Lodges: 6
Pods: 4

Waterside is a very exciting brand-new development at Fields End Water, it is offering an amazing caravan or motorhome experience. Park your unit on one of the 20 fully serviced hard standing pitches (10 meters by 9 meters), just 3 meters from the water’s edge, with a minimum of 5 meters between neighbouring pitches, all with great lake views. Waterside also has 4 brand new glamping pods to choose from, also situated meters from the water’s edge, with their own kitchenettes and wc facilities.

Take breakfast, lunch, supper and even that gin and tonic as the sun sets with the very best views across the generous countryside. The original certified location, sheltered by hedgerows and a small wood, remains untouched yet ever popular. This is an adult only site but please see our website for policies if you are travelling with children.

Fishing lakes:

Fields End Water has two highly-rated fishing lakes on-site. Known as "The Pit" and "The Pool" and stocked with Carp, Tench, Roach, Perch, Barbell, Chubb and Orf, they make an excellent venue for a fishing holiday. Site residents get a concession on ticket prices.

Activities on-site and further afield:

If you need a break from the fishing then you could take your four legged friend for an off the lead dog walk or try the onsite 2km walk. For those who just want to relax and catch up on some reading why not make use of the book exchange library?

And don’t forget your walking boots. Other than the tiered pitches, a molehill may be the only mound you’ll find in the Fens! So the once inhospitable marshland of many years ago is now ideal for hiking and exploring and you’ll be able to make the most of the wide, open views and glorious sunsets.
