Beach View Holiday Park just outside of Leiston is nestled between popular Aldeburgh and Southwold with direct access to beautiful, unspoilt, private Suffolk beach frontage. The site has pitches for touring caravans, tents and static caravan holiday homes set in a beautiful, peaceful location. They also offer glamping as well in Snugg pods and a retro caravan.
Ideally situated next to a lovely beach, with just a short walk down to the beach via the coastal footpath. The campsite is an ideal base for camping holidays on the Suffolk Coast, located between Thorpeness and RSPB Minsmere, there is plenty to see and do including bird watching, coastal walks, sea fishing from the beach, and cycling one of the many cycle routes.
The campsite has comprehensive facilities including a heated toilet and shower block, laundry room, accessible toilet with disabled friendly wet-room shower.
Glamping in Snugg Pods at Beach View, hassle tent-free camping for couples and families of up to 4 people. Snugg Pods are available to hire for short breaks or holidays of 2 nights or longer. Our camping pods provide heated, undercover camping accommodation. Inside they feature 2 single beds and a bunk bed for children. They also have a mini-fridge (mini portable fridge in Pod 3) and 2 domestic electric points, inside and outdoor lighting.
NEW – Super Camping Pods in Suffolk:
The new Super Pods have arrived! Super Pods offer an excellent glamping experience for the family and provide a little more living space so they are ideal for a longer holiday. Super Pods have a central kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, pull out table and chairs. Either side of the central area you will find a sleeping pod, one side has a double bed, the other side has single beds that convert to sofas, making a comfy seating area during the day.

Onsite there is an indoor games room which includes table tennis, pool and table football.
The Caravan Parks rural location is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For the keen cyclist, there are numerous cycle tracks offering wonderful cycle routes from the Park itself to Thorpeness and other popular locations and places of interest. To the north, there are popular coastal walks to Walberswick, Southwold and Dunwich and the South Aldeburgh and Thorpness. The caravan site has a tennis court and an all-weather crazy golf course (there is a charge for golf). There is also a games room with board games and a pay pool table. In nearby Leiston there are indoor sports facilities including a gym and swimming pool, there is also a small Cinema in the town. For the keen golfer, the clubs at Thorpeness and Aldeburgh are extremely popular.
