Cwmrhwyddfor Caravan & Camping Park is an attractive family farm which is set amid beautiful mountains by a stream at the foot of the famous Cader Idris mountain in Tywyn, Gwynedd in Snowdonia.
The valley of Talyllyn is renowned for its little railway which takes you past Dolgoch Falls and down to the beaches of Tywyn. There is something to interest all the family such as walking, rock climbing, fishing, sailing on the nearby lake.
Pony trekking, swimming at Tywyn, tennis, golf all within a reasonable distance. Car rides around the area can take you to local Slate Mines, Craft Centres, Museums, Historic Buildings, Reservoirs, Nature Walks and a Centre for Alternative Technology.
The site is well situated for shopping at nearby villages and towns. On-site facilities include - flush toilets, razor points, hot showers and washbasins with hot water supply.
Milk, eggs etc. delivered daily. Local Bus and Railway services available, also mains electric hookups. Open all the year for campers, but limited to Easter - October for Touring caravans, seasonal pitches available. Please do accept our invitation as a family.

Offsite Facilities - All Nearby - 5-minute walk to Bar/Pub where a meal is available, Tennis Courts, Fishing 1m, Golf Course, Horse Riding.
If travelling in aid of satellite navigation system 0.1 Google map. That will take you to the lake itself. we are located approximately 1 mile from the lake. Do not take B4405 to Tywyn.
